CEO

Sean Tagge

Sean Tagge grew up working on his family’s 100-acre fruit orchard in Brigham City, Utah, spending summers growing, harvesting, and selling produce. He earned a scholarship in Biomedical Engineering at the University of Utah.

From 2017-2022, Sean was a partner and COO of Memphis Investment Properties, managing operations for acquiring, renovating, and selling properties in Memphis and Nashville, TN. He applied his engineering background to streamline business systems.

In 2024, Sean purchased PSI Tops, combining his passion for small business and home remodeling. He enjoys working with his team to enhance systems, deliver top-quality, American-made, Utah-crafted countertops, and ensure exceptional customer service.

Outside of work, Sean enjoys spending time with his wife and three kids. His hobbies include skiing, pickleball, hiking, and dirt biking. He is training for his first marathon and recently completed the Ironman 70.3 in Saint George, Utah.

Cabinet Sales

Cody Kelsch

Always ready to take on a challenge, Matt joined PSI Tops in 2010 as a cabinet installer. Over the years, he developed a deep understanding of the cabinetry industry and became known for his craftsmanship, attention to detail, and commitment to quality. In 2025, Matt transitioned into cabinet sales, where he now uses his extensive field experience to design practical, beautiful spaces tailored to each customer’s needs.

Matt enjoys the diversity and variety of his work and has become a highly skilled cabinet designer. He is dedicated to getting every job done right the first time and shares PSI Tops’ commitment to complete customer satisfaction.

Sales

Russell Sheehy

After serving 10 years in the United States Marine Corps, Russell went to work for Lowes. He helped quite a few customers with kitchen and bath cabinets and learned he really liked designing kitchens. Russell switched over to an installer when he came to work for PSI Tops. It was really cool seeing the other side of the designing process where it actually becomes a physical product that you can touch and see not just on a computer screen. He worked as an installer for 8 months and made the switch over to Sales and Design. Russell loves the face-to-face with customers and being able to make their dream space come to life. I have now been with PSI Tops for just over 3 years and it is by far one of the funnest jobs I have had. I love the work place and the team we have here.

Operations Manager

Eric Anderson

Eric has proudly called PSI Tops home for more than 36 years. As Operations Manager, he oversees the company’s installation teams, shop operations, and customer service, working every day to ensure customers receive the quality workmanship and dependable service they deserve.

What Eric enjoys most is working alongside a great team and helping create a positive experience for both employees and customers. He believes clear communication, attention to detail, and treating people with respect are the keys to building lasting relationships.

After more than three decades with PSI Tops, Eric remains passionate about his work and takes great pride in helping the company deliver exceptional results every day.

Carlee Tagge

Outside of work, Carlee is a devoted mother of three. She works hard to balance her responsibilities at the office and at home while bringing organization, reliability, and a positive attitude to everything she does.
